Neeraj Subramaniyan is a Technical Lead at ShyftLabs, specializing in backend systems for loyalty and data orchestration products, with significant involvement in system architecture and technical interviews since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Staff Engineer at lululemon, where Neeraj led teams and completed greenfield projects, and as an Advanced Software Engineer at Nike and HP, focusing on backend development for various applications. Neeraj has also held positions at Costco Wholesale, ACT, Nationwide Insurance, and Union Pacific Railroad, contributing to diverse software development projects. Neeraj holds a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. The technical expertise includes a wide range of technologies such as Typescript, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Spring Boot.
