Kelly Neering is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Shyft Group since April 2021, Kelly has previously held significant roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager at Ryder System, Inc. and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Volkswagen of America, Inc. Expertise includes designing and implementing HR processes, coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and safety, as well as overseeing union activities and staffing at Worldcolor. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University.
