Vladimir V. has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, with a focus on new product introduction, supplier quality management, and process improvement. Vladimir has held various roles in companies such as Shure Incorporated, Scientific Games, WMS Gaming, and Motorola Mobility/ARRIS. In their most recent position as Associate Director of Quality at Shure Incorporated, Vladimir is responsible for managing the reliability labs and implementing the new product introduction quality process globally. Prior to that, they held positions of increasing responsibility in quality management at Scientific Games, WMS Gaming, and Motorola Mobility/ARRIS, where they oversaw supplier quality management, manufacturing quality support, and new product introduction quality management. Additionally, they led deployment and operations teams for CDMA networks in various countries. Overall, Vladimir V. has a strong background in driving process excellence, ensuring quality alignment, and leading global teams.

Vladimir V. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma between 1990 and 1995. Vladimir then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Northwestern University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they received training in Quality Assurance at Motorola University from 2005 to 2009. Vladimir also holds a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, which they obtained in 2016.
