Andrew Shiao is a highly experienced mechanical engineer, currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Shure Incorporated since May 2016, previously holding the position of Mechanical Engineer II. Shiao's prior experience includes internships at Boeing, where responsibilities encompassed product development for the 777X composite wing spar and structural analysis, as well as manufacturing engineering roles that improved production processes. Additional internships at Morgan AM&T, AVL, Federal Mogul, and Delphi provided diverse exposure to engineering tasks ranging from drawing updates and quality control to testing engine components and assembling electrical connectors. Andrew Shiao holds a Master’s Degree and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, reflecting a strong educational foundation in the field.
