Michael Fitch has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as a Commercial Service Technician at Shumate Mechanical LLC since December 2017, after previously holding similar roles in the company from August 2009 to July 2015. Prior to this, Michael was an Account Manager at Tebarco Mechanical Corporation from July 2015 to December 2017, focusing on complex problem-solving in challenging projects. Michael's career began as a Safety and Training Manager at Capital City Mechanical Services, where Michael developed training milestones and safety criteria, followed by a role as HVAC Department Chair at Interactive College of Technology, where program development and student preparation for HVAC careers were key responsibilities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Walden University and has degrees in Secondary Education, as well as HVAC/R operation credentials.
