Penny Li is an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in recruitment and consulting. Currently working at 数坤(北京)网络科技股份有限公司 since July 2020, Penny is responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the recruiting process from inception to the offer stage. Additionally, Penny has been with NTT DATA Corporation since August 2014, where the focus has also been on HR business partnering, including overseeing the internal referral process. Prior to these roles, Penny served as an Assistant Consultant at E4U from October 2010 to June 2014, specializing in IT recruitment. Penny holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, obtained in 2009.
