Stephen Carpenter has vast experience in the property services industry, having held managerial roles at Property Services Group and Shropshire Council. In their role as Senior Electrical Surveyor, stephen provided electrical engineering support to clients and managed various installation contracts. Prior to this, stephen served as the Estates Manager at Shropshire Community Mental Health Trust and as Works Manager at Shelton Hospital.
