Sandeep Kalia is the Executive Director at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. Sandeep has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry.

Sandeep started their career in 1983 as a Senior Engineer at Eicher Goodearth Ltd. Sandeep worked there for four years before joining Escorts Yamaha Limited as a Deputy Manager in 1987. Sandeep worked at Escorts Yamaha for seven years before moving to BPL Display Devices Ltd. in 1994.

At BPL Display Devices, they were promoted to Deputy General Manager after eight years. In 2002, they joined Musashi Auto Parts India Pvt. Ltd. as a Director. Sandeep worked there for thirteen years before joining Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. as the Executive Director in 2015.

Sandeep Kalia attended Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they studied mechanical engineering. Sandeep also attended S A Jain College, where they studied pre-engineering.
