Victor Bay has a robust background in operations and sales with extensive experience across several organizations. Currently, Victor serves in Sales Operations at Eigen Labs since June 2024. Prior roles include Head of Operations at Rio Network, Director of Operations at Bitcoin IRA, and Chief Operating Officer at Shrimpy prior to its acquisition. Victor also held director positions at Agile Fund Solutions, LLC, and PT Asset Management, LLC, and gained experience in portfolio analytics and risk management at Freddie Mac. Victor began a career in finance at Goldman Sachs as a Foreign Exchange Associate. Academically, Victor holds an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
