Stephen Peacock has extensive experience in restaurant management, notably serving as General Manager at Shrimp Basket since June 2018. Previously, Stephen held the General Manager position at The Landing at Ft. Rucker from July 2009 to July 2013, where oversight included seven locations with annual sales totaling $8 million, catering to over 20,000 military personnel and their families. As Kitchen Manager at Reggae J's Island Grill from July 2008 to August 2009, Stephen managed kitchen operations with 50 direct reports and achieved daily sales exceeding $40,000 during peak season. Earlier experience includes roles at TGI Fridays, where responsibilities spanned from General Manager to Kitchen Manager, focused on profit and loss management and restaurant operations. Stephen attended Palm Beach State College from 1975 to 1977.
