Sudeep Agarwal has extensive experience in the sugar industry, particularly with the Shrijee Group. Sudeep Agarwal started working at the Shrijee Group in 2003 as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for various projects related to turnkey sugar projects, sugar refineries, towers and substation structures, heavy fabrication, hot dip galvanizing, sugarcane farm equipment, non conventional wind ventilators, and solar mounting structures. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Director at Shrijee Group, where they continued to contribute to the company's success. Prior to their time at the Shrijee Group, Sudeep worked as a Trainee at Thermax in 2003 and 2001.

Sudeep Agarwal, PMP, MBA, has a diverse education history. In 1997, they completed their high school education at Sacred Heart Convent High School in Ahmednagar. Sudeep Agarwal went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, graduating in 2003. In 2005, Sudeep obtained a Sugar Engineering degree from Vasantdada Sugar Institute in Pune. Later, in 2010, they completed an MBA program at IE Business School, focusing on Project Management, Renewable Energy, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Sudeep obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014. Most recently, in 2018, Sudeep undertook a course in Sugar Refining at Nicholls State University.
