Rajesh Gaikwad is an experienced academic and administrator, currently serving as the Head of the Incubation Center and Assistant Professor at Shree L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering since July 2017. Prior to this role, Rajesh worked as an Assistant Professor at Atharva College of Engineering, where responsibilities included project coordination and involvement in ISO and NBA accreditation processes. Rajesh also held the position of Assistant Professor and Head of the Computer Science and IT Department at VIVA College of Arts, Commerce and Science for 13 years, overseeing various academic activities and serving on committees focused on integrity and women's development. Additionally, Rajesh gained industry experience as a member of Viva Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2010. Rajesh's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from SIPNA'S College of Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Jersey College, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
