Aaron Nonis is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and software development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SHRAPNEL since October 2021, Nonis previously held the same title at NEON Media from April 2020 to April 2023, where a focus on emerging technologies and transmedia initiatives was emphasized. Nonis's prior roles include VP of Interactive and Immersive Experiences and VP of Interactive Application Engineering at HBO from July 2012 to April 2020, and Engineering Manager at Blade Games World, Inc., overseeing product direction and engineering teams. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Lead Developer at Microsoft and Senior Software Engineer at MicroCrafts. Nonis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in 2000.
