Jeffrey Torres is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in preparing architectural drawings and documentation for various types of housing projects, including affordable multi-family apartments, senior communities, single-family homes, and student housing developments. Currently serving as an Architect at SHP since June 2022, Jeffrey has previously held positions as an Architectural Designer at DesignGroup and Lupton Rausch Architects Inc., and a Graduate Architect/Designer at SHP. With a Master's Degree in Architecture from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Kent State University, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in coordinating with engineers and vendors, preparing tax credit applications, and producing 3-D renderings for proposals.
