Ariel Hou is a Design Assistant at Showpo, responsible for technical pack development, competitive market analysis, and coordinating fittings to ensure optimal garment fit. Previous roles include Design Assistant and Garment Technician where Ariel improved design processes using PLM software, and Customer Service Support Representative at Zimmermann, delivering technical issue resolution. Experience as a Client Advisor at Burberry involved cultivating strong customer relationships, complemented by a Marketing and Public Relations Internship at MCMPR supporting luxury fashion brands. Additional roles include Fashion Design Assistant at KITX and Sales Associate at H&M, alongside early experience as a Barista and Retail Assistant. Ariel holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and Textiles from the University of Technology Sydney and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
