Michael De Schuyter is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Showpad since February 2020, following various roles in the talent acquisition field at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates from July 2016 to January 2020. Michael's background includes significant expertise in executive search and recruitment, reinforced by a strong educational foundation with a Master’s Degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Sophia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Studies from Ghent University. Previous experience also encompasses English instruction at Global Communications English Language School and the Association for Promotion of International Understanding, as well as a role assisting a diplomat at the Embassy of Belgium in Tokyo.
