Account Executive, Emerging + Disruptive Brand Partnerships Lead at Highlight

Emma Steele (Gray) has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2021, they began working as an Account Executive, Emerging/SMB Brand Partnerships at Highlight, where they achieved 140% of quota in their first full month of employment and was regularly invited to join, participate in, and lead client meetings early in their career. Also in 2021, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at the State Policy Network, where they conducted research on 24 organizations and explored what models exist for these groups, how these models work, and what results these models deliver. In 2018, Emma worked as a Guest Experience Associate and Campus Tour Guide at The King's College. As a Guest Experience Associate, they managed the event coordination and execution of an academic scholarship competition involving 60-80 students occurring 3x per semester. As a Campus Tour Guide, they gave 1-3 tours to 1-10 prospective students, alumni, or donors weekly. In 2019, they worked as a Legal Intern at Hall Prangle & Schoonveld, LLC, where they prepared and processed documents for clients, company attorneys, and internal staff to meet hard deadlines. Emma also completed several organization projects, such as summarizing nearly sixteen years of Illinois case law into a series of reports and cataloging three years of billing records into archives.

Emma Steele (Gray) began their educational journey in 2015 at Judson University, where they completed the Judson Prep Program. In 2017, they graduated from The King's College with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. In 2019, Emma was a Registered Visiting Student at the University of Oxford, studying Philosophy. Emma concluded their formal education in 2021 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Philosophy and Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
