Rachel Payne has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and brewing industries. At Short's Brewing Company since March 2013, Rachel has held various roles, including Manager at The Pull Barn, Colorado Market Manager, Northern Michigan Field Representative, and Pubtender. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Walker Roadhouse from April 2007 to February 2013 as Lead Server, Bartender, and in Management, where valuable supervisory skills were developed. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Redstone Group of Companies from 2004 to 2007, supporting executives and managing operational tasks. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, obtained in 2009.
