Susan has been with Shortridge since 2007. During that time, she has overseen the growth of their Dumfries plant and its development into the modern, efficient laundry that it is today, providing outstanding service and product quality to their long-standing customer base in Scotland and the North East.

In her spare time, Susan tours at home and abroad on one of her four motorbikes and for a change of pace she enjoys reading and hillwalking with her dog Asha.
