One of the original founders of North-West Laundries, which merged with Dumfries based Shortridge in 2003 to form the company they know today. Io has been involved in every step of the company’s development and has seen it grow from a start-up laundry in Workington to one of the largest independent laundries in the country. In her current role as Finance Director, she is a huge support to the rest of the management team as well as keeping us on track financially.

When she’s not poring over the latest month end figures, she loves to get out on the white stuff on her touring skis especially if there is a chance of fresh tracks in the British hills.
