In 2019, they worked as Professional Services Department Head - SharePoint/ShortPoint Architect for ShortPoint, where they were responsible for consulting potential clients discussing project requirements and deliverables, establishing Projects cost, schedule, creating, managing and working on the PS projects meeting deadlines and agreed deliverables, and managing and maintaining legal projects agreements and policies concerning the PS Department. Claudio also worked as a ShortPoint Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for engaging and monitoring leads through the Hubspot CRM System, providing product demos to customers that showed interest, guiding and supporting them while they go through the phases of the buyer journey, and consulting leads on how to implement solutions using SharePoint and SharePoint combined with ShortPoint.
