Don Herweck has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, supply chain management, and business development. Don began their career at Toyota Motor Sales as an Operations Planning Analyst/Group Leader, where they gained experience in front line management and planning, development, and launch of a distribution center. Don then worked at Promax Automotive Incorporated as a Planning and Development Administrator before joining BMW as an Operations Manager and later as a Business Operations Manager. During their time at BMW, they managed parts distribution center operations, implemented process improvements, negotiated union contracts, and played a key role in the implementation of a warehouse management system. After their tenure at BMW, Herweck worked at Mann & Hummel USA as a Warehouse Supply Chain Manager-3PL Liaison, where they successfully implemented lean concepts and improved delivery performance and cost efficiency. Don continued to enhance their supply chain expertise at Supply Chain as a National Business Development Manager. Following this, they served as a Senior Manager at Volkswagen Group of America before joining Neovia Logistics as a Tactical Supply Chain Manager, where they provided expertise in operations processes and supported continuous improvement initiatives. Don'smost recent role is as the Regional Director of Operations at Shorr Packaging Corp.
Don Herweck has a diverse education history. Don attended Chaffey College from 1991 to 1996 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Physical Science. During the same period, they also earned an AS degree in Math and another AS degree in Physics from Chaffey College. Later on, from 1999 to 2002, they attended Northern Kentucky University and studied Business Management, although they did not obtain a specific degree in this field.
