Jan Alvey has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Broker/Sales Director/Sales Agent at Shorewest Realtors since December 2007. In this role, Jan guides agents through contracts and negotiations, prioritizing their success. With a strong focus on marketing in the lake areas between Illinois and Wisconsin, Jan utilizes Shorewest's marketing department effectively. Jan has over 20 years of experience managing multiple real estate offices and selling properties, and previously served as a Sales Manager at Keefe Real Estate Inc from August 2002 to June 2008, managing up to three offices in Walworth County. Jan's education includes studies at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and Indiana Central College.
