Susanne Lang has extensive experience in the field of immunotherapy and vaccine research, starting as a PhD student and postdoctoral research fellow at dkfz - German Cancer Research Center. Susanne then moved on to work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic before joining Pfizer, where they held roles as a Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist in Vaccine Research and Cancer Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics. Currently, they serve as a Principal Scientist at Shoreline Biosciences, Inc., showcasing their expertise in study design, data analysis, and management in the development of cancer immunotherapy.

Susanne Lang completed their Staatsexamen Pharmazie (Pharmacist) degree at Freie Universität Berlin in 1998. Susanne then pursued their PhD in Cancer gene therapy with oncolytic parvovirus expressing immunomodulating transgenes at DKFZ German Cancer Research Center, completing it in 2003.
