Hilary O'Haire has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in project management, analytics, and marketing research.
Hilary most recently served as the Head of the Strategic Project Management Office at Shorelight, where they were responsible for overseeing strategic projects. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Analytics at the same company.
Before joining Shorelight, Hilary worked at Chadwick Martin Bailey as a Project Manager, where they managed market research projects for Fortune 100 companies. Hilary also served as a Senior Associate Researcher at the firm, working on projects in various industries such as healthcare, retail, travel, and entertainment.
Hilary'searly career includes a role as a Marketing Associate at The Advisory Board Company, where they targeted and recruited prospective member hospitals and assisted in relationship-building activities.
Hilary O'Haire began their education journey in 2003 at Dana Hall School, where they completed their secondary education. In 2007, they enrolled at Gettysburg College, majoring in Psychology and Political Science, and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011. In 2010, Hilary studied Positive Psychology at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad for a year. In 2015, they furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in Principles of Marketing Research from The University of Georgia, which they completed in 2016.
