Jeremy Abarquez has a strong background in customer experience and IT support, with significant roles spanning from 2017 to the present. Currently, Jeremy works at Shore360 Inc. as part of the Customer Experience team since October 2020. Prior to this, Jeremy held positions at Beepo as an IT Customer Service Representative and at MDM Systems Inc. as an E-Commerce Assistant. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior IT and Junior IP PBX at BPO, and as a Customer Service Representative at iQor. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System from City College of Angeles, completed in 2017.
