Kay Bello currently serves as Sales NBS for Austria and Switzerland at Shopware since August 2024, focusing on enhancing digital shopping experiences through AI and algorithm-based solutions. Prior to this role, Kay was a Sales Manager at Emarsys from February 2022 to July 2024, where efforts centered on omnichannel customer engagement. Kay also accumulated significant experience as a Senior Sales Consultant at FINDOLOGIC GmbH from November 2017 to January 2022, contributing to the development of advanced search solutions for online retail. Earlier roles include customer support positions at Biomet, Gebrüder Limmert AG, and Porsche Informatik GmbH.
