Alexey Pronin serves as the General Manager EMEA at Shopware since June 2023, where responsibilities include full GTM and P&L oversight for the EMEA business, fostering collaboration among Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success teams, and developing international expansion strategies. As a Board Advisor for QVALON since August 2021, Pronin guides the co-founders in enhancing sales processes and GTM strategy. Previously, at Spryker Systems from January 2021 to May 2023, Pronin held roles as SVP and VP for EMEA & Growth Markets, driving significant revenue growth and international expansion in multiple territories. Pronin's extensive experience at SAP, Oracle, and hybris software includes leadership positions with demonstrated success in managing large teams, achieving substantial quota performances, and executing successful GTM strategies. Pronin's educational background includes an EMBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Master's degree from State University — Higher School of Economics.
