Christeen Flemons has a diverse work experience. Christeen started their own startup tech company, Shopurly, in 2019, where they serve as the Founder and CEO. Shopurly is a personal shopping service with a unique twist. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Project Management at WORLD OF POWERFUL YOUTH.

In 2018, Christeen founded Lusc Magazine, an online plus-size fashion publication that promotes inclusion and showcases various forms of beauty.

Prior to these ventures, Christeen worked at Lane Bryant from 2007 to 2016. During their time there, they held various roles including Key Holder/Style Expert, Store Merchandiser, Trainer, and Bra Fit Expert. Christeen also managed a daily sales segment, processed nightly deposits, and ran reports.

Christeen Flemons attended Sacramento City College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Christeen did not obtain a degree during their time at the college. In April 2022, they obtained a certification in SheCodes Basics from SheCodes.
