Radek Bednář has a diverse work experience in the software development field. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Developer at Proof & Reason, where they worked on various projects using PHP, Symfony, React.js, and Next.js. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Head of Software Development, leading and managing a team of backend and frontend developers. Radek developed a strategic technological direction and maintained internal and external systems and tools. In 2022, Radek joined Shoptet as a Software Architect. Later, in 2023, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead.

Radek Bednář pursued their Bachelor's degree in Fakulta informačních technologií at Brno University of Technology from 2015 to 2019.
