Helena Hladká has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Helena currently works at Shopsys as a Team Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of e-commerce solutions for clients. Helena actively manages projects such as Démon, Agátin Svět, Tropic Fishing, and Průša3D. Prior to their current role, Helena worked as a Scrum Product Owner, Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager at Shopsys.

Before joining Shopsys, Helena worked as a Laboratory Analyst at Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava, where they gained experience in laboratory analysis. Helena also worked as a Project Analyst at BitControl s.r.o., where they were involved in project management activities. Additionally, Helena has experience as a Laboratory Analyst at KOMA Commercial s.r.o., where they performed tribodiagnostics and conducted FTIR analysis of industrial and aviation oils.

From 2005 to 2009, Helena attended Střední průmyslová škola chemická akademika Heyrovského a Gymnázium. Helena studied Analytická chemie during this time, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree.
