Ted has extensive experience managing operations to efficiently drive continuous revenue and brand growth for start-ups, big brands and non-profits in digital media and technology. He focuses on business operations and intelligence to uncover opportunities that nurture brands, grow audience and revenue, and connect consumers to digital content, tech products and services that fuel their lives.

For 10+ years, he ran big teams at large media brands including Hearst Magazines (ELLE Group Digital Director) and Condé Nast (SVP/GM Digital) that were known for product innovation and growing audience and revenue amidst industry headwinds. He later built the foundational infrastructure for growing companies including Style Coalition (President/COO), a lifestyle social influencer marketing platform. Most recently, as EVP/COO for America Media, a not-for-profit multi-platform news and content company, he created the infrastructure and staffing to operationalize revenue generation, fundraising, P&L management and new product development.

A strong tech and product development background underpins all his work, spending 10+ years running product development, strategy and business operations for tech innovators including mobile pioneer Vindigo, a FortuneCity/Warner Bros. joint venture of international, localized web sites, and PSINet, the first commercial Internet service provider.
