Adam Pritchard has a strong background in eCommerce and digital marketing. Adam started their career at Zen Web Solutions in 2005, where they worked as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for winning and implementing national and international eCommerce and digital marketing projects for various clients, including well-known brands such as Tesco and Redrow Homes. Adam also worked with smaller businesses and utilized their expertise in campaign management, data capture strategies, conversion analysis, and email marketing. In 2012, they joined Project Octo as a Director. This agency focused on providing bespoke websites and digital marketing campaigns to support entrepreneurs in accelerating their business growth. At Project Octo, Adam played a crucial role in developing their eCommerce-centric business system, which integrated with third-party systems and served as the backbone for many UK eCommerce businesses. In 2014, Adam became the CEO of Shopit, a multi-channel eCommerce system that assists entrepreneurs in selling online, on mobile, and in-store. As the CEO, they oversaw the development of an unlimited-item platform with extensive customization and control features, multi-site and multi-channel capabilities, management insight reports, and CDN resilience. Shopit also became a Google Technology Partner under Adam's leadership. Adam's work experience demonstrates their expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, project management, and client relations.

Adam Pritchard attended Lancaster University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree. Adam majored in Philosophy, Politics, and French during their time at the university.
