Soumya Raja is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, product strategy, and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Shopify since November 2022, Soumya previously worked at YouTube in Product Strategy & Biz Ops from November 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Performa Investimentos and founding FreeLogue, a platform dedicated to promoting fairness in the workplace. Previous roles also encompass management consulting at Deloitte and a graduate assistant position at Kelley School of Business, as well as software engineering at Ericsson, where Soumya contributed to the development of a business intelligence tool for telecom analysis. Soumya holds an MBA from INSEAD, obtained between 2017 and 2018.
