Tal Ziv is an experienced Employee Experience and HR specialist currently working at Shopic since March 2021, where responsibilities include conducting onboarding and offboarding processes and monitoring organizational well-being. Previously, Tal held positions as Global Success Operations Manager and Success Operations Manager, managing teams and developing tailored work plans and training programs. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, where training programs were designed for various clients, and as a Television Producer at Reshet.tv, overseeing major productions. Tal also served as Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces, managing personnel welfare and training for a platoon of 200 soldiers.
