Skyler Crane has over 10 years of work experience in various roles, with a strong focus on frontend development. Currently, Skyler is working as a Senior Frontend Developer at ShopHero Inc since May 2022. Previously, Skyler spent two years at Symatri, LLC as a Senior Frontend Developer from June 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a UI Developer at Homie from May 2019 to June 2020. Prior to their career in software development, Skyler worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Nui Social from August 2017 to May 2019. They also have experience in residential management, working as a Residential Manager at the Food and Care Coalition from November 2016 to August 2017, and as a House Parent from June 2015 to November 2016. In addition, Skyler had early experience in construction and restoration as a worker at Elite Construction and Restoration from December 2013 to April 2014. They started their career as a Landscaper at Heritage Landscape from May 2009 to August 2012.

Skyler Crane started their education history in 2011 at Snow College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in General studies in 2012. They then went on to attend Utah Valley University from 2014 to 2018, specializing in Web Design and Development. In 2017, Skyler also completed a Web Development program at Devmountain.
