Felix Förster has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Shopgate since July 2013. Prior to joining Shopgate, Felix Förster worked at Staatliche Technikakademie Weilburg from August 2010 to June 2013, where Felix held the position of Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, focusing on system integration in information technology.
