Lachlan Waugh is currently the Operations Manager at Shopfit Co Pty Ltd, a position he has held since June 2016. Prior to this role, he worked at Australasian Retail Projects from January 2007 to April 2017 as a Site Foreman. Throughout his career, Lachlan has demonstrated his ability to coordinate trades and manage teams on site to achieve handovers with tight schedules. He started his journey at Australasian as a first year apprentice and has since continued to move forward in his career.
