Thien Tran is a professional with extensive experience in supply planning and user retention, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Driver Supply Planning at Shopee since December 2023, focusing on driver acquisition and supply growth. Prior to this role, Thien worked at MoMo (M_Service) from October 2021 to November 2023, contributing to platform user growth and special projects as a Senior Business Analyst, and previously held a Business Analyst position concentrating on user growth and retention. Thien's career began with a Management Trainee Program at Perfetti Van Melle, where responsibilities spanned sales, finance, HR, and trade marketing, following an internship at Abbott that centered on rural trade activation and stock planning. Thien holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Digital Marketing and a minor in Supply Chain & Logistics from RMIT University Vietnam, completing studies in 2020.
