Olivia Gracia is a Product Management Lead at Shopee, specializing in risk management, anti-fraud, and security initiatives since August 2021. Previously, Olivia served as a Senior Product Manager focusing on fraud defense strategies and user account experience enhancements. Olivia was shortlisted for McKinsey & Company's Next Generation Women Leaders program, showcasing commitment to female leadership. Olivia's early career included roles as a Management Trainee at The Kraft Heinz Company, a Research Assistant at the University of Technology Sydney, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Indonesia. Olivia also completed internships with Deloitte Southeast Asia and Philip Morris International. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and has participated in an international exchange program at Chung-Ang University.
