Kenn Ng Ying Wee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, analytics, and project management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for Regional Return/Refund Operations at Shopee since January 2022, Kenn leads a team focused on enhancing the Return/Refund journey through data analysis and automation. Previous roles at Shopee include Senior Analyst in Regional Payment/Return Refund Operations and Business Intelligence Team Lead, where Kenn developed key performance metrics and reports. Prior to Shopee, Kenn held the position of LNG Analyst at ExxonMobil, supporting traders with profitability analysis and market studies. Additionally, Kenn's background includes experience as Contracts Lead, managing vendor relationships and procurement in the retail and marketing sectors. Kenn is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence Systems at the National University of Singapore, complementing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
