Andrea Meade, CPTD, serves as the CS Training Manager at Shopbop since October 2015, where oversight includes global training and development for customer service and management of the quality assurance team. Prior experience includes roles as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation from January 2013 to October 2015, focused on identifying training needs and serving as a resource for staff. Andrea also worked as a Training Specialist at Covance Laboratories from September 2005 to January 2013, facilitating training programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and as a Project/Report Coordinator for the same company. Early professional experience includes an internship at Wisconsin Public Service from 2003 to 2005. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
