Anh Pham

Product Design Manager at ShopBack

Anh Pham has a diverse and extensive work experience in product design and user experience. They started their career in 2014 as a Freelance Video Producer at VNG Corporation. They then worked as a User Experience Designer at Cogini, where they collaborated on various projects in e-commerce, telecoms, and government agencies.

In 2016, Anh joined Res4Venture as a Design Consultant, working directly with startup companies to develop minimum viable products (MVP) for funding purposes.

They later joined whaa.life as a Product Designer, where they partnered with the company to define and create a social enterprise product aimed at maximizing improvements in financial, social, and environmental well-being.

In 2017, Anh joined Carousell as a Product Designer I, working on the core features of the buying experience in multiple markets. They then progressed to become a Product Designer II and eventually a Senior Product Designer, responsible for designing vertical buying and selling experiences in the automotive and property marketplace.

Anh's next role was at adplist.org, where they served as a Mentor, facilitating powerful conversations and collaborations among members worldwide to democratize mentorship.

Currently, Anh holds the position of Senior Product Designer at ShopBack. They have been involved in product design for the Earn More - Growth domain across multiple markets, as well as contributing to the development of the company's Design System.

Throughout their career, Anh has demonstrated a passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and making positive social impact through their work.

Anh Pham completed a Bachelor of Multimedia Design from RMIT University from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Anh Pham obtained various certifications, including "Mentorship Sessions In 10 Countries" from adplist.org in June 2022, "Managing as a Coach" from Coursera in April 2022, "Social Psychology (with Honors)" from Coursera in June 2021, "Design for Business Impact" from Designer Fund in October 2020, and "Storytelling for Influence" from IDEO U in August 2019.
