Jack Healey has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Operations Director at Shoot The Moon starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data & Operations Analyst at the same company from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Shoot The Moon, Jack was a Junior Business Consultant Intern at Expandys from July 2021 to November 2021. Jack also gained experience as a Summer Virtual Intern at Sanlam UK in July 2020. At Ambient Efficiency Limited, Jack worked as an Administration & Warehouse Assistant from September 2016 to April 2020. Jack also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as Front of House at Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa from November 2015 to January 2020.

Jack Healey attended Neston High School from 2009 to 2017. Jack then went on to Leeds Beckett University, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Sport Business Management from 2017 to 2020. Later, Jack pursued a Master in Management (MIM) degree at the University of Liverpool from 2020 to 2021. Jack also obtained a certification in "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" from LinkedIn in 2021.
