Kim Redeker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kim started their career in 1999 at Cardinal Brands Inc as a National Account Manager, where they successfully managed large retail accounts and engaged in various account management activities. Kim then worked at Premier Executive Recruiting as an Executive Recruiter in 2006. In 2007, they joined Staples/Corporate Express as a Territory Account Manager, where they leveraged their sales knowledge to increase sales and acquire new business. In 2009, Kim worked at Therapy Works as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a short period. Kim also concurrently held the role of Sales Manager at Sunflower Marketing from 2009 to 2014, where they successfully managed sales programs and monitored contractual agreements. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Payless ShoeSource in multiple roles, including Program Manager, Business Development/Customer Care, and Global Manager - Gift Cards. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Resource Development at the Greater Topeka Partnership, where they managed the resource development department and ensured total member satisfaction. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Grandstand as a Marketing Manager and Business Development/Account Manager, where they were responsible for the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and programs, as well as managing key accounts. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Shoes For Crews as a Channel Manager.

Kim Redeker obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing from Kansas State University. Kim pursued their education at the university from 1994 to 1997, with a minor in Business Administration.
