Ray Martinez has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Regional Manager at Shoe Carnival, Inc. since February 2016. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of District Leader at Payless ShoeSource from December 1995 to January 2016, overseeing 33 stores across central, south central, and south Texas. Additionally, Ray worked as District Supervisor at Pic and Pay Inc. from December 1992 to December 1995, managing 28 stores in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Earlier in Ray's career, from July 1975 to December 1992, Ray served as District Director at Butler Group Inc., supervising 24 stores in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Ray completed education at Ysleta High from 1974 to 1977.
