Kimberly de la Cruz has significant experience in customer service and warranty management, currently serving as Warranty Manager/Customer Service at Shodeen Homes since September 2015. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked in Consumer Affairs at Jarden Safety & Security from January 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included addressing consumer inquiries and utilizing call center software to gather customer feedback. Kimberly holds a degree from Southwestern Illinois College.
