Michael Meshulam is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in guest relations and operations management. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the Swiss Hotel Management School since October 2022, Michael has held various significant roles including Villas Operations Manager at Furama Resort Danang and Front Office Manager at The Imperial Group VN. Achievements include implementing new processes for cost savings, modernizing reporting systems, and enhancing guest satisfaction through training and operational improvements. With a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHTTI School of Hotel Management, Michael has a solid educational foundation complemented by extensive experience in managing and developing teams in the hospitality sector.
