Nicole David has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Project Manager at IBM (formerly Gantz Wiley Research) in 2003. Nicole then joined SHL in 2006 as a Project Manager and later progressed to become a Senior Project Manager and then the Director of Operations for Americas Professional Services. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of Director of Commercial Operations. In 2018, they took on the role of Enablement Manager for the Americas Region, where they focused on increasing understanding of the local market opportunity and enhancing the team's sales and revenue potential. Most recently, Nicole has been serving as the Commercial Manager and currently as the Head of Professional Services Delivery at SHL since June 2021.

Nicole David attended St. Peter High School for an unspecified period. Nicole then pursued their undergraduate education at the University of St. Thomas from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Nicole completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Augsburg University.
