Jeff Pfiffner has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Jeff most recently worked at SHL, where they held the positions of Head of New Business, Americas, Head of Global Marketing Operations and Americas Commercial Operations, and Operations Director, Americas. Prior to that, they worked at Gartner as the Director of Operations, North America. Before joining Gartner, they spent several years at CEB, now Gartner, holding roles such as Senior Consultant, Account Executive, Account Manager/Director, Service Manager, and Member Management Analyst. Jeff also has experience working in the public sector as a Correspondence Assistant for US Senator Barbara Boxer. Jeff began their career at Nordstrom as an Assistant Manager and later worked as a Staff Assistant at a State Farm Insurance Agency.
Jeff Pfiffner obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2010 to 2013. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they have a certification as a Challenger Sales Coach from CEB, obtained in 2014.
